1. Agreement to these terms

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These terms do not govern paid fulfillment services, and they do not amend, extend, or limit any service agreement you have signed with us. Where you and we have a signed agreement, that agreement prevails over these terms on any conflict.

2. What these terms cover

These terms cover use of this website only: browsing it, requesting a quote, and signing up for Cloud updates. They do not govern paid fulfillment, labeling, storage, shipping, or returns services, and they do not modify a signed service agreement.

Nothing in these terms waives, excludes, or limits any right, warranty, condition, or obligation that applicable law does not allow to be waived, excluded, or limited, including statutory rights and consumer protections that cannot be contracted out of.

3. What this website is

This website is informational. It describes the services we offer, lets you request a fulfillment quote, and lets you sign up for VantaShip Cloud product updates.

Nothing on this website is an offer, a binding quotation, or an authorization to ship inventory to us. We do not accept inventory, start fulfillment work, or enter a fulfillment relationship on the basis of a website inquiry.

4. Our services

We provide inventory receiving, order fulfillment, vial label design and printing, and returns processing for research peptide brands. We are a fulfillment and logistics provider.

The commercial and legal terms that apply to goods you send us — including how they are held and handled, title and risk, insurance, and any distribution or reseller arrangement — are set out in your separate service agreement. This website does not state or vary those terms.

Service descriptions on this website are summaries only. The specific scope, handling requirements, pricing, and turnaround for any engagement are set out in your separate agreement.

5. Eligibility and business use

This website is intended for businesses, not consumers. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the company you represent. If you submit a request on behalf of a company, you confirm that you may act for that company in making the request.

6. Quotes and inquiries

A quote request starts a conversation. Pricing and availability depend on your order volume, products, storage and handling needs, labeling requirements, and shipping profile, and we confirm them in writing only after we have reviewed your details.

We may decline any inquiry or engagement. No submission through this website creates a contract, obligates either party to proceed, or reserves capacity.

7. VantaShip Cloud, updates, and customer support

VantaShip Cloud is in development. The Cloud signup on this website subscribes you to product updates only, and only once you confirm the signup from the confirmation email we send you. It does not create an account, grant access to software, or commit us to any feature, release, or launch date. The software is planned for vantaship.ai, a separate service that will be governed by its own applicable terms and privacy notices when available.

Customer support offered through chat, phone, website forms, and email is coming soon. Asking about it in a quote request does not enroll you in a support service.

Cloud update emails are marketing communications, and we are not currently sending Cloud marketing campaigns. The list is being collected while Cloud is in development and no campaign is running at this time. If and when we begin sending Cloud marketing emails, each marketing message will include a way to unsubscribe. You can also ask us to stop at any time by emailing hello@vantaship.com.

Submitting a quote request or accepting these terms does not opt you in to marketing emails, calls, or text messages.

8. Materials you submit

You may send us artwork, brand names, product information, specifications, and other materials in connection with an inquiry. When you do, you confirm that you hold the rights needed to submit them and to allow us to use them, and you authorize us to use them as reasonably needed to evaluate your inquiry and respond to you.

If we later perform fulfillment or labeling services for you, the rights and responsibilities that apply to those materials are set out in your separate service agreement.

9. Your responsibilities and acceptable use

We may block, filter, or decline submissions that we reasonably believe violate these terms, and we may restrict access to the site where necessary to protect it or comply with the law.

• Give us accurate contact and company information, and keep it current.
• Use this website lawfully and only for the purpose it is offered.
• Do not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, or that you do not have the right to send.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the site, probe or bypass its security or access controls, scrape it at scale, or submit automated or spam inquiries.
• Do not use our forms to transmit malicious code, another person's information without permission, or sensitive data such as payment card numbers or government identification.
• If you engage us for services, comply with the obligations in your separate agreement and with the laws that apply to your products, including labeling, advertising, licensing, and recordkeeping requirements.

10. Website content and trademarks

The content of this website, including our text, graphics, layout, and branding, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied, republished, or reused without permission, except that you may view it and share links to it.

VantaShip and the VantaShip Cloud name and marks may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement or partnership without our written permission.

11. Website availability and changes

This website is provided on an "as available" basis. We may add, change, suspend, or remove any part of it at any time, including service descriptions, forms, and the Cloud signup, and we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available.

We are not responsible for delays, failures, or lost submissions caused by your connection, your device, or a service outside our control.

12. Fees and paid services

Nothing on this website is payable, and we do not collect payment through it. Fees for receiving, storage, fulfillment, labeling, shipping, and returns — along with payment terms, any service levels, and claims windows — are set out in your separate service agreement. This website does not state or vary them.

13. Website disclaimer

This website is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the site or its content is accurate, complete, current, or uninterrupted, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties as they apply to the website itself.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any warranty, condition, guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified, including rights arising under any statute that applies to you. Warranty terms for paid fulfillment, labeling, storage, shipping, and returns services are set out in your separate service agreement.

Nothing on this website is product, medical, legal, or regulatory advice, and we make no claim about the safety, legality, efficacy, or intended use of any product.

14. Limitation of liability

This website is provided free of charge. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Liability relating to fulfillment, labeling, storage, shipping, and returns services is governed by your separate service agreement and is not addressed in these terms.

15. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law that applies to you does not allow that choice.

If you have a concern about this website or these terms, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. If a dispute about this website or these terms cannot be resolved informally, it will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Mobile County, Alabama, and both parties consent to jurisdiction there.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective date. The version in effect when you use the site governs that use. Changes do not alter the terms of a signed service agreement unless both parties agree in writing.

17. General

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or sale of the business.

These terms govern this website and do not replace, amend, or extend a signed service agreement. Where these terms and a signed service agreement conflict about services, the signed agreement controls.
