Privacy Policy

Effective date: November 1, 2026

This policy explains what information VantaShip Fulfillment LLC ("VantaShip", "we", "us") collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website, to quote requests you send us through it, and to VantaShip Cloud update signups.

These documents apply to VantaShip’s public marketing website at vantaship.com, including fulfillment inquiries and VantaShip Cloud update signups submitted here. The inventory management software planned for vantaship.ai is a separate service and will be governed by its own applicable terms and privacy notices when available.

1. Who we are

VantaShip Fulfillment LLC provides inventory receiving, order fulfillment, vial label design and printing, and returns processing for research peptide brands. We are based at 5905 Airport Blvd Ste H, Mobile, AL 36608.

You can reach us at hello@vantaship.com, by phone at 251-644-6706, or by mail at VantaShip Fulfillment LLC, 5905 Airport Blvd Ste H, Mobile, AL 36608.

2. Information you give us

We collect the information you choose to send us through this website. There is no account to create, and you can browse the site without submitting anything.

  • Fulfillment quote requests: your name, company name, work email address, phone number, website, estimated monthly order volume, the services you are interested in, and anything you write in the message field.
  • VantaShip Cloud update signups: your email address, an optional name and company, your opt-in confirmation, and the date and time you gave it and then confirmed it.
  • Follow-up correspondence: whatever you send us by email, phone, or in later messages.
  • Please do not send payment card numbers, government identification, health information, or other sensitive details through this website. We will ask for anything we need through a more appropriate channel.

3. Information collected automatically

This website is hosted by Base44, which processes page requests and stores the records you submit. We have not added our own server-side analytics or visitor logging to this site. Technical request information that the hosting platform generates to deliver and secure the site is handled by it in its role as our hosting provider.

Typefaces on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers as part of loading every page and Google receives your IP address and basic browser details in that request. This happens whether or not you accept analytics cookies.

We also use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta pixel. The Google tag loads on every page of this site; the Meta pixel loads only after you accept. What each service records differs depending on your choice, and the sections below describe exactly what happens in each case.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google LLC, to measure visits to this website and see which pages are useful, and the Meta pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., to measure visits and how our advertising performs. Neither is used to build remarketing audiences, and this website loads no session recording or heatmap tools.

The Google tag loads on every page of this site, before you make any choice, which means Google receives a request from your browser — including your IP address and basic device information — whether or not you accept measurement cookies. The Meta pixel does not load at all unless you accept. What changes with your choice is which cookies are set and what these services record:

  • Before you make a choice: analytics and advertising consent is denied by default. Google Analytics does not set or read its analytics cookies in that state, and the Meta pixel does not load. The Google tag may still send cookieless measurement and consent signals to Google for measurement and modeling.
  • If you accept: analytics and advertising consent is granted. Google Analytics sets its measurement cookies, typically _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier, and the Meta pixel loads and sets its own cookies, typically _fbp. Both record page views, sessions, approximate location derived from IP address, referring source, and device and browser information. The Meta pixel also records one conversion event when you submit a quote request or a Cloud signup, with the limited matching details described below.
  • If you decline: analytics and advertising consent stays denied. Google Analytics does not set or read its analytics cookies, the Meta pixel does not load, and any _fbp or _fbc cookies this site set in your browser are removed. The Google tag may continue sending cookieless measurement and consent signals to Google for measurement and modeling.
  • Our own storage: the banner saves your answer in your browser's local storage under the name vantaship_analytics_consent so we do not ask again on every visit. This is required for your choice to work and is not used for tracking.
  • Advertising consent is stored separately from analytics consent, and it is what the Meta pixel depends on: ad storage, ad user data, and ad personalization are granted only if you accept, and returned to denied if you later decline. Declining analytics consent never grants advertising consent, and the Meta pixel never runs on analytics consent alone.

5. What our code sends, and what we have not verified

Once you have accepted advertising measurement, our code records a page view for each page you open: one to Google Analytics and one to the Meta pixel. It also records one conversion event to the Meta pixel when a submission has actually been saved — a quote request sends one event labelled as a quote request, and a VantaShip Cloud signup sends one labelled as a Cloud signup — so the two can be reported separately without any product detail or free text. A submission that is filtered or blocked saves nothing and sends no event.

Each conversion event carries the matching details you typed: your email address, your first and last name, your phone number if you gave one, and the internal reference number of the record we saved. Those values are standardised in your browser before they leave it — email address lowercased and trimmed, names lowercased and stripped of punctuation, phone number reduced to digits with the US country code added — and then hashed with SHA-256, so Meta receives hashes rather than readable details. If secure hashing is unavailable in your browser, the conversion is sent without matching details rather than in readable form. We never send your message text, the services you selected, your estimated order volume, your company name, or your website to Meta. Google Analytics receives page views only, and we send no custom analytics events for clicks, button presses, or other interactions.

Meta's automatic advanced matching setting is also enabled on our pixel. That lets Meta attempt additional matching using details it reads directly from the page while the pixel is running. It can only do so after you have accepted advertising measurement, because the pixel does not load before then, and it still does not receive your message text, the services you selected, your estimated order volume, your company name, or your website.

Google Analytics also offers optional collection inside its own product — such as enhanced measurement (scrolls, outbound link clicks, file downloads, form interactions, and similar), Google Signals, and advertising-related reporting. Those are settings in the Analytics property rather than in this website's code. We have not verified the current state of those property settings, and this policy does not describe them as on or off. We are reviewing them and will update this policy when they are confirmed.

Google processes data it receives for its own services under its own terms and privacy policy, which describe how Google Analytics and Google Fonts handle information.

6. Your cookie choices

The banner shown on your first visit offers two choices: accept or decline. A single answer covers both Google Analytics and the Meta pixel, so there is no separate set of per-vendor toggles to configure.

You can change your mind at any time using the cookie settings control below, or the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. Your new answer is saved and applied on that page load.

Choosing Decline keeps cookies off and leaves analytics and advertising consent denied. The Meta pixel does not load. If you accepted earlier and then switch to decline, measurement stops in the same page load: the pixel's consent is revoked, its script is removed, any event still waiting to be sent is discarded, and the cookies it set are deleted. Deleting the cookies alone would leave the pixel running, so your saved choice is what stops it. The Google tag still loads and cookieless measurement and consent signals may continue to be sent to Google as described above. Declining does not prevent every request to Google or to Meta. Any Google Analytics cookies already in your browser can also be removed through your browser's cookie and site-data settings.

Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal. This website does not currently read or act on those signals, and the banner does not interpret them for you. Your choice in our banner is what controls cookies, the Meta pixel, and how the Google tag operates here. If you do not want measurement cookies, choose Decline.

You can also block or delete cookies and site storage in your browser at any time and still browse this website. Blocking storage means the banner will ask again on your next visit.

7. How we use information

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not sell or rent our inquiry or subscriber lists.

  • To respond to your quote request and discuss whether our services fit your business.
  • To provide fulfillment, labeling, and returns services where we have a separate signed agreement in place.
  • To maintain business and tax records, and to invoice and collect for services.
  • To protect the website against spam, abuse, and security incidents.
  • To measure website traffic, page performance, and the performance of our advertising through the Google Analytics and Meta pixel setups described above, which run without cookies unless you accept them.
  • To comply with legal obligations and to establish or defend legal claims.

8. Quote requests and marketing are separate

Submitting a quote request does not add you to any marketing list. We use those details to respond to your inquiry and to work with you. If you would like VantaShip Cloud updates, you opt in separately on the Cloud section of the site, and you can withdraw that opt-in at any time.

When someone signs up for Cloud updates, we email that address a confirmation link, and nobody is added to the list until the link is clicked. That step means an address cannot be signed up by someone else, and it also sends an internal notification to our own team so we can follow up. The internal notification goes to our team, not to the subscriber, and it is not a marketing message or a mailing campaign.

Cloud update emails are marketing communications, and we are not currently sending Cloud marketing campaigns. The list is being collected while Cloud is in development and no campaign is running at this time. If and when we begin sending Cloud marketing emails, every marketing message will include a way to unsubscribe, and you can also ask us to stop at any time by emailing hello@vantaship.com.

9. How we share information

We share personal information only in the limited ways described below. Some of these providers handle information on our instructions and only for the purpose we set. Others — including Google when it acts for its own services — handle it under their own terms and privacy policies as an independent provider, not solely on our instructions.

  • Base44: provides our website hosting, database storage, and transactional email delivery for messages the site generates, and processes data on our instructions.
  • Google: provides Google Analytics and Google Fonts. Google determines how it processes data for its own services, and its handling is governed by Google's own terms and privacy policy.
  • Meta Platforms: provides the Meta pixel, which measures visits and advertising performance as described above. Meta determines how it processes data for its own services, and its handling is governed by Meta's own terms and privacy policy.
  • Business email: messages sent to or from our vantaship.com addresses are processed and stored by Google Workspace, our business email provider, under Google's own terms. This is separate from the website and from the Google Analytics and Google Fonts services described above.
  • Operational partners: shipping carriers, warehouse or logistics partners, and print vendors, but only the details needed to handle your inventory or orders under a separate agreement.
  • Professional advisers: accountants, auditors, insurers, and lawyers, where necessary, who are subject to their own confidentiality and professional obligations.
  • Legal and safety: when we are required to do so by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, or property, or to respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
  • Business transfer: if the business or its assets are sold, merged, or transferred, information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law and any commitments we made when we collected it.

10. Data retention

We keep quote inquiries and Cloud signups for as long as we need them for the purposes described in this policy and for our ordinary business and legal recordkeeping. We have not set a fixed retention period for these records, and we do not currently run a scheduled or automatic deletion process for them. We delete or de-identify records when they are no longer needed for those purposes, subject to the exceptions below.

  • Quote inquiries remain until the inquiry and any resulting business relationship are finished, and then as long as needed for business and tax records.
  • Cloud signups remain while the address is on our update list, plus a minimal suppression record kept so that we honor your opt-out and do not add you back.
  • Provider backups and technical logs: when we delete information from our live systems, copies may remain for a time in routine backups or technical logs operated by our providers, and those copies are replaced or expire under the providers' own practices. We do not set or verify a specific backup retention period here.
  • We may keep records longer where the law requires it, to keep proper business and tax records, to resolve a dispute, or to enforce an agreement.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections, restricted administrator access, and access controls on our stored records. No website or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please avoid sending us sensitive information through the site.

12. Your choices and rights

You can contact us at hello@vantaship.com or 251-644-6706 to ask what information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, or to stop sending you Cloud updates.

The rights available to you depend on the law that applies to your information. Where that law provides a right — for example a state consumer privacy law — we will honor it, including rights to know what we collect, to obtain a copy, to correct, to delete, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. Where no such law applies, we will still try to help, and we describe that as our practice rather than a legal entitlement.

We may need to verify your identity, or your authority to act for someone else, before we act on a request, and we may ask for reasonable information to do so. We respond within the time required by applicable law.

Requests are subject to lawful exceptions. We may keep information where we need it to comply with a legal obligation, to keep proper business and tax records, to resolve a dispute, or to enforce an agreement, and we will tell you if we cannot fulfill a request and why.

These are three different things, and it helps to say which you want:

  • Removal from Cloud updates: we stop sending Cloud marketing to your address and keep a minimal suppression record so future campaigns skip it. Your inquiry and signup details are not deleted by this step.
  • Deletion of your personal information: we remove the inquiry or signup record from our live systems, subject to the exceptions above. A minimal suppression record may remain if you have asked us not to contact you again.
  • Correction: we update details that are inaccurate.
  • An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission.

13. Children

This website is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

14. Links to other websites

Our site may link to third-party sites we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not apply to them.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices change. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date, and material changes will be described on this page.
